Volunteer Printing & Signage Partner — Put Your Skills to Work for Community Meals

Your printing skills and equipment can help neighbors find a welcoming meal, discover ways to volunteer, and connect with community resources.

The Gracefull Table Community Kitchen is seeking local printers, sign shops, and print professionals willing to contribute their time, production skills, and printed materials to support our nonprofit’s events and outreach.

We provide free, freshly prepared meals and restaurant-style hospitality to people experiencing food insecurity and neighbors in need. Our community meal events take place on the first Sunday of each month in Garland.

Clear, thoughtfully produced materials help us welcome guests and share the mission with the wider community.

WAYS YOU COULD HELP

• Print menus and guest check cards for community meals.

• Produce volunteer information cards and outreach flyers.

• Print community resource handouts for guests.

• Create table signs, directional signs, or reusable event signage.

• Produce banners or signs that help people recognize our organization.

• Help prepare approved designs for printing, including sizing and file setup.

You can contribute to one specific project or offer occasional or recurring support. A small print run of something we need can make a meaningful difference.

HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER

Our team will coordinate the wording, artwork, quantities, specifications, and deadlines with you before production. If you can also help with layout or preparing files for print, please let us know.

This is a volunteer and in-kind contribution opportunity for individuals or businesses interested in donating production time and agreed-upon materials or finished pieces. The scope of each contribution will be confirmed in advance.

We welcome partners in Garland and surrounding communities who want to use what they already do well to help bring people to the table.

Location and time commitment

Garland, Texas, and surrounding communities. Design and production take place at your own workspace, with delivery or collection arrangements coordinated for each project.

Flexible, project-based participation. One-time, occasional, and ongoing support are welcome, with deadlines agreed upon before work begins.
