Multimedia Content Creator (Video & Photo – Marketing Focus)

About the Role

The World Disaster Center (WDC) is building a global disaster intelligence system working with institutions, governments, and partners.

We are looking for a Multimedia Content Creator who can produce high-quality video and photo content that communicates our work clearly and supports outreach, visibility, and growth.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on creating content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with a premium, professional image.

Core Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video content (short-form, ads, clips, storytelling)
• Capture and edit high-quality photos
• Produce content for:
  • Social media
  • Campaigns and ads
  • Presentations and outreach
• Translate ideas into clear visual storytelling
• Ensure consistency in visual identity and quality
• Deliver content quickly and reliably

Expected Outputs

• Short-form videos (Reels, ads, clips)
• Photo content for campaigns and posts
• Clean, professional visual assets
• Consistent content production (weekly)
• Content aligned with messaging and positioning

Required Profile

• Proven experience in video and photo production
• Strong portfolio (required)
• Ability to shoot and edit independently
• Understanding of content for social media and digital platforms
• Fast execution and reliability
• Strong attention to quality and detail

Compensation
