Help Us Help Them — Become Part of the PIPs Volunteer Team!

Perfectly Imperfect Pups ( a dog rescue in NC) is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated volunteers to join our Foster Support and Adoptions teams!

If you’re organized, empathetic, and love connecting with people (and their pups), we’d love to have you. You’ll play a key role in guiding fosters and adopters through their journey—from answering questions and scheduling appointments to celebrating those “happy tails” moments when a dog finds their forever home.

We also have a few special programs that need creative, detail-oriented helpers—like tracking our rescue’s Fi collars or helping with our volunteer rewards program.

• Full training and ongoing support
• A welcoming, passionate team that treats you like family
• Flexible hours (about 5–10 per week)
• Most roles can be done anytime, anywhere in the U.S.
• Some tasks, like scheduling medical appointments, happen during weekday hours

This is a virtual volunteer role, but our rescue is based in North Carolina.
