    Description

Support Our Office & Clinical Staff with Meaningful Administrative Help

Are you looking for a compassionate way to give back to your community? Join us by “adopting” one of our hospice clinical teams and providing essential administrative support that helps our nurses, social workers, and caregivers focus more fully on patient care.

    Why It Matters

Your support ensures our clinical team has what they need—when they need it—so they can spend more time with patients and families. Every packet you prepare and every stack you organize helps deliver comfort, compassion, and dignity to those we serve.

    What You’ll Do

Volunteers in this role assist our office and clinical staff with a variety of administrative tasks, such as:

    • Organizing and filing patient packets
    • Preparing admission or visit folders
    • Assembling bereavement, welcome, or educational materials
    • Copying, scanning, and sorting documents
    • Managing supplies (labeling, stocking, organizing)
    • Light phone support or front-desk assistance (as appropriate)

    Ready to Make a Difference?

Join us and become an important part of our hospice family. Your time and care will ripple outward in ways that truly matter.
