Luau Summer Kick-Off at The Arbor at Woodbury Apartments!

Jamboree is looking for fun, energetic, and welcoming volunteers to help our Resident Services team host a special summer celebration for residents! This Luau Summer Kick-Off will bring the community together with delicious food, pool activities, outdoor games, crafts, music, and dancing as we celebrate the start of summer. 🍍🏖️

Volunteer Responsibilities

🍔 Assist with serving food and drinks

📝 Help check in residents during the event

🎯 Supervise games and craft activities

🏝️ Support event set up before and clean up after the event

🎵 Help create a fun and welcoming environment for residents

Volunteer Shift Available

📅 Event Date: 06/16/2026

🕑 Volunteer Time: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

🎉 Event Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Volunteer Attire

🌺 Wear Hawaiian/luau-themed shirts or outfits

🌈 Bright summer colors are encouraged to help us celebrate the beginning of summer!

COVID-19 Guidelines

Jamboree’s top priority is keeping residents, volunteers, employees, and their families safe and healthy. Please follow the guidelines below:

😷 Bring and wear a face mask during your entire shift (supplies are limited)

🌡️ Take your temperature before arriving — a fever is 100.4°F / 38°C or higher

🏠 Stay home if you have a fever, feel sick, or show any signs of COVID-19

⚠️ Volunteers who are well but have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is awaiting diagnosis may not volunteer

😷 Masks must be worn throughout the entire shift
