    Description

Outcome School is a mission‑driven nonprofit empowering youth with the skills to build, launch, and scale real technology ventures. Our Startup Accelerator track teaches students how to identify problems, validate ideas, build MVPs, find early customers, and raise capital through bootstrapping, crowdfunding, and venture investment. To expand this program, we’re seeking a passionate Startup Accelerator Volunteer to help design curriculum, create course materials, and mentor students as they build their own tech startups.

    🚀 About the Role

    • pitching & storytelling
    • Provide feedback on student ideas, business models, prototypes, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure curriculum quality and consistency.
    • Support students during Demo Day, helping them present their startup concepts to stakeholders.

    🧠 What You Bring

    • Experience in startups, entrepreneurship, product development, or venture building.
    • Ability to explain business and technical concepts in simple, engaging ways.
    • Familiarity with lean startup methods, MVP development, and customer discovery.
    • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering youth.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
