    Description

    Blue Hill Observatory & Science Center (Milton, MA) is the longest continuously operating weather observatory in the United States, with climate records dating back to 1885. As we enter a major growth and modernization phase, we are seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Growth Fellow to work directly in the Office of the CEO.

    This is a volunteer leadership fellowship designed for individuals interested in nonprofit strategy, fundraising, marketing, and institutional growth. The Fellow will contribute to high-impact initiatives that directly influence organizational expansion and long-term sustainability.

    This is not a clerical role. The Fellow will work on real strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
