Volunteer Opportunity: Soccer Program Director (Non-Profit | Faith-Based Organization)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized leader to oversee all soccer programming, including indoor and outdoor leagues. This role involves managing league operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring a positive and structured experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all soccer programming
- Manage all roles within the department, including league conveners, assistant conveners, chaplains, coaches, referees, field operations teams, and tournament coordinators
- Coordinate league schedules, games, and tournaments
- Ensure smooth game-day operations and participant engagement
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and faith-based values
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sports management or coaching
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and schedules
