    Position Title: Administrative Officer Intern

    Reports To: Administrative Officer Supervisor Intern

    Job Summary: An Administrative Assistant Intern performs a variety of tasks to support an office's daily operations, including answering phones, managing schedules, filing, data entry, and assisting with projects and events. This role provides a recent graduate or student with hands-on administrative experience, teaching them to use office software, manage tasks efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and develop professional communication and organizational skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Clerical Support: Typing, filing, mail distribution, copying, and word processing.

    Communication: Answering phones, directing inquiries, and responding to requests from the public and internal staff.

    Scheduling: Managing meeting room schedules, appointments, and coordinating events.

    Office Management: Maintaining supplies, coordinating facility-related projects, and ensuring office equipment functions correctly.

    Data Management: Inputting data, creating and maintaining databases, and updating records.

    Project Support: Assisting with research, preparing reports, developing presentations, and helping with special projects as assigned.

    Customer Service: Greeting clients and visitors, addressing inquiries, and providing information about company services.

    Outreach: Reach out to colleges to secure a partnership for our Internship program.

    Timekeeping: Monitor and track staff time and coordinate with the finance

    Operation: Serve as the primary point of contact for the firm
