    Graphic Designer (Brand, Web, & Marketing Collateral)

    Position: Graphic Designer (Volunteer)

    Summary

    We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer who wants to build a strong portfolio while supporting a mission-driven nonprofit. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and other corporate teams to produce high-quality visuals that elevate Wevise’s brand and help us reach more mentors, mentees, donors, and volunteers.

    What You’ll Do

    Brand & Visual Identity

    • Maintain and evolve Wevise’s brand system (colors, typography, layouts)
    • Develop collateral hierarch
    • Ensure consistency across all digital and print materials

    Web & Product Collaboration

    • Design graphics, banners, and UI elements for Wevise.org
    • Work closely with the WordPress Manager to implement new visuals

    Marketing Collateral

    • Create presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, and event signage
    • Produce social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, and YouTube
    • Support storytelling through clean, modern design

    Accountability & Communication Expectations

    • Deliver assets on schedule
    • Communicate proactively about timelines and blockers
    • Participate in weekly or biweekly check-ins

    What You’ll Bring

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
    • Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
    • Ability to collaborate and iterate based on feedback

    Bonus Skills

    • Motion graphics or simple animation
    • Accessibility-aware design
    • Experience designing for nonprofits or tech startups
