    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and organized Volunteer Vet Care Coordinator assistant to support the medical needs of our foster cats.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Scheduling veterinary appointments and coordinating follow-ups
    • Ordering and tracking medications as needed
    • Communicating regularly with foster families regarding medical care and updates
    • Answering basic questions about common medical conditions and treatment plans
    • Helping ensure all foster kitties receive timely and appropriate care

    This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and passionate about animal welfare. Prior experience in veterinary care or rescue is a plus, but not required.
