    National Public Lands Day - Environmental Stewardship Volunteer Day

    Saturday, September 26, 9:30 am – 12:30pm. White Point Nature Preserve, San Pedro.

    Celebrate our public lands by taking part in hands-on conservation activities, enjoy raffle prizes and snacks, and connect with nature. Activities include weeding and watering plants, preparing seeds for planting, and more. After the event, visit the Nature Center, meet our animal nature ambassadors, and enjoy children’s activities. All ages welcome!

    Directions

    Where: White Point is located at 1600 W. Paseo del Mar in San Pedro. Enter the free parking lot from the Western Avenue as it turns into Paseo del Mar. Additional parking is available on the oceanside of Paseo del Mar and at White Point/Royal Palms. White Point Nature Preserve is located at the end of the road on the left-hand side. Check in just west of the parking lot here. We strongly encourage you to carpool to this event.
