    Description

    Volunteers call their senior-friends once on the weekend for a wellness check and to make sure they get their weekend meals. We are introducing Friendly Calls as a virtual means to provide non-intrusive check-ins and foster a comfortable space for conversation and connection between our participants and you, the volunteers. Post-COVID-19, many participants have expressed a preference for not having visitors in their homes, a choice we fully respect. Nevertheless, we remain committed to addressing their need for social interaction.
