Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? The American Red Cross is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Blood Donor Ambassadors!
Role: Blood Donor Ambassador
Location: St. George, UT
Commitment: Flexible weekday hours
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet blood donors, ensuring a positive donation experience.
- Provide information and answer questions about the donation process.
- Assist with donor registration and manage the flow of donors.
- Monitor donors for any adverse reactions and provide support as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized donation site.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to the mission of the American Red Cross.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
