Seeking a Biochemistry, Nursing, Pre-Med Mentor for First-Gen College Scholars — The Valedictorian Project (TVP)

The Valedictorian Project (TVP) is a Boston-based nonprofit supporting high-achieving, first-generation college students across Boston, Lawrence, Brockton, Chelsea, Holyoke, and Worcester. We're looking for a mentor with a background in biochemistry to support a scholar pursuing this path in college.

As a mentor, you'll offer guidance on coursework, research opportunities, internships, and career direction — helping a first-gen student navigate a field where representation and insider knowledge make a real difference. Commitment is flexible and typically involves periodic check-ins (virtual or in-person) throughout the academic year.
