    Volunteers Are the Heart of Hospice! Eden Hospice relies on volunteer support to provide excellent end-of-life care to our patients and their families. Joining our team can give personal satisfaction knowing that you are making a significant impact on someone's life. There are many volunteer opportunities available that are both fun and rewarding. Shape your volunteer experience and choose how you wish to serve today.

    Caregiver Respite

    • Assist with light errands
    • Do light housekeeping
    • Help with meal preparation
    • Care for family pets

    Administrative Support

    • Data entry and filing
    • Prepare Mailings
    • Calls to patients and caregivers

    Direct Patient Support

    • Be a peaceful presence
    • Offer companionship
    • Play cards and games
    • Write letters
    • Watch movies or television
    • Read, create art, or play music with the patient
