    The Front Desk Facilitator is the first point of contact for clients at the VITA site. This role supports smooth site operations by greeting taxpayers, confirming they have required documents, assisting with intake paperwork, managing site flow, and handling appointment communications. The Facilitator creates a welcoming environment while ensuring that clients are prepared for the tax preparation process.
