Saturday Movie Escorts 1:00-3:00 p.m. Weekly or every other week

Looking for several volunteers to escort residents from the Arbor to and from Classic Movie Saturdays, weekly or every other week

Volunteer time: 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Escort residents safely to/from assigned activities
• Be familiar with wheelchair escorting and general escorting procedures from Volunteer Handbook

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Moderate pushing/lifting/walking needed
• Kind, energetic, and patient disposition

Time Commitment/Hours:

• Weekly commitment or on/call status
• 2 hours/per outing needed

Training and/or Support Provided:

• Volunteer Orientation
• On the job training
• Activity staff support

All volunteers are required to:
