Description
Make a real impact—help patients navigate and reduce their medical bills through organized, behind-the-scenes support.
What You’ll Do
- Email hospitals/providers to request bill forgiveness or reductions
- Track requests and follow up on outstanding bills
- Document updates in our EMR system (athenahealth)
- Help close cases once resolved
Commitment
- Ongoing (preferred)
- Start in-person for training; remote option available
