    ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing and Outreach Lead will coordinate audience-focused campaigns across Believe in Me and its programs, including iLevelUP, Cougs 4 Kids, scholarships, community partnerships, and Legacy Lounge.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

Build practical outreach plans by audience, program, channel, geography, and campaign goal.

Coordinate editorial calendars, campaign briefs, distribution lists, partner outreach, and follow-up.

Collaborate with content, social media, design, video, email, fundraising, events, volunteer recruitment, and program teams.

Adapt approved messaging for websites, newsletters, social channels, universities, employers, community groups, and volunteer platforms.

Improve discoverability using clear program names, descriptive headings, structured content, internal links, and consistent calls to action.

Track reach, engagement, referrals, applications, and conversions; recommend improvements.

Maintain inclusive, accessible, accurate, and privacy-conscious communications.

    IDEAL EXPERIENCE

    TIME AND LOCATION
