    Description

    Support foster and aging-out youth ages 16-25 with the stability and resource navigation that keeps them in training. You will conduct intake assessments and build individualized service plans; connect students to housing, ETV education fuCoordinate with DFPS caseworkers, CASA volunteers, and caregivers; monitor progress; document outcomes for grant reporting. You have a child welfare, sociaTime commitment: 10-15 hours/week. Reports to: Opportunity Youth Coordinator. To apply
