    Description

    Become a Hospice Companion Volunteer

Sometimes the greatest gift is simply being there.

We are seeking caring volunteers to offer companionship to patients receiving hospice care. Hospice companions provide comfort, conversation, and a calm presence so no one has to face the end of life alone.

    What volunteers do:

    • Spend time with patients through conversation, reading, music, or quiet presence
    • Offer emotional comfort and dignity
    • Provide support to patients and relief to families

We’re looking for people who are:

    • Compassionate and dependable
    • Good listeners
    • Comfortable sitting quietly when words aren’t needed

No medical experience is required. We provide training, guidance, and ongoing support. Your presence—simply being you—can make a profound difference.

If you feel called to serve, we would love to hear from you.
