    Description

"Wishes for Dishes" Program - Lead Volunteer Needed

"Wishes for Dishes" Lead Volunteer would oversee our dish rescue program which redirects dishes headed for the landfill into the hands of local refugee families at zero cost to them. Duties include: Recruit volunteers, or go yourself, to select dishes from what Goodwill is about to throw away - Tuesday mornings 8AM - as dictated by demand. Bring back to our storage unit in Issaquah, unload, sort. Pack dish kits as needed for families who have requested them. Schedule "shopping" trips when inventory dips.
