Description
The Volunteer E-Commerce Specialist supports Love Your Texture (LYT) by managing and optimizing our online store to increase sales and community impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nonprofit work, digital retail, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update LYT’s online store (products, descriptions, pricing, and inventory)
- Optimize product listings for visibility and conversions
- Assist with launching new products and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide basic reports and insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions and branding
- Ensure a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience
Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix, Etsy, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and product optimization
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Passion for supporting foster, adopted, and neurodiverse youth
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Time Commitment:
Flexible, approximately 5 min–20 max hours per week
