    Description

    Community guide/Minneapolis

    MSS is a program offering supports to adults with disabilities. Our Minneapolis location is seeking volunteers to accompany staff and people we support into the community, any day Mon-Fri and between the hours of 9:30-1:30pm. Times may vary depending on where the group is going. Volunteers can expect to assist individuals with navigating any uneven surfaces, being a lunch companion, or just helping them engage and enjoy the experience.

    All community trips are to various locations that vary week-to-week; however, we have been trying to attend local coffee shops on a more consistent basis to build more natural connections in the community.
