Description
- Research and qualify prospects; maintain a pipeline with realistic probability and timing
- Own the grants calendar: LOI deadlines, full proposals, interim and final reports
- Draft and assemble proposals in coordination with program and finance staff
- Build proposal budgets that match the program design and the approved indirect cost rate
- Track award terms, restrictions, and allowable costs; alert finance to anything that affects coding
- Submit compliant post-award reports on time, including narrative and financial sections
- Maintain the boilerplate library and keep every document current: determination letter, audit or review, board list, operating budget, W-9, logic model, org chart
- Manage government portal registrations and prequalification (SAM.gov, NY Grants Gateway)
