    Description

    Volunteering with the Gentiva Hospice Volunteer Program offers a meaningful way to share your heart, compassion, time, and talents with patients, caregivers, and their loved ones. Through visits, phone calls, office support, and more, you can make a comforting and lasting difference during an important time in someone’s life.

    Is it challenging? Absolutely.

    Is it rewarding? More than you can imagine.

    Our volunteers visit patients in their homes or care facilities throughout the Greater Houston area. While volunteers do not provide physical care, they offer companionship, emotional support, and a reassuring presence. We also do our best to match assignments close to where you live, work, or attend school.
