Child Care Volunteer

Pines of Sarasota is looking for vaccinated volunteers to assist child care staff in the classroom and on the playground. The benefit is providing attention to children as the student/teacher/volunteer ratio increases. A weekly shift of 2 hours is average. There is no limit on the number of shifts per week.

Duties include

Assist with oversight of assigned learning activities in the classroom

Model desired behaviors

Give individual attention to children if directed to do so by staff

Accompany children and staff on the playground
