Have administrative or group management skills and want to use them to make a difference? Join Family Advocates as a Volunteer Program Assistant and help protect children, strengthen families, and prevent child abuse in our community.
In this role, you’ll support our Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator by keeping volunteer records organized and up to date. You may also help lead volunteer groups and assist at community events—making a meaningful impact both behind the scenes and out in the community.
If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about giving back, we’d love to have you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Enter volunteer hours and update volunteer information
- Help maintain accurate and organized records
- Assist with large volunteer groups
- Support tabling and community events as needed
- Help brainstorm and organize volunteer projects
Who You Are:
- Energetic, welcoming, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about supporting children and families
- Comfortable with basic administrative or data entry tasks
- Strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Able to stay organized and keep information confidential
Time Commitment:
- 2–3 hours per week
- Tuesday or Thursday mornings
- In-person
