    Description

    Volunteer Opportunity: Blue Sapphire Gala

    Fun Time Early Childhood Academy is seeking volunteers to support our Blue Sapphire Gala, a special fundraising event benefiting young children and families in our community. Since 1961, our mission has been to provide affordable, high-quality early learning for underserved children from working families, preparing them for kindergarten and beyond.

    Volunteer opportunities include:

    • Guest check-in and registration
    • Greeters and guest assistance
    • Help desk support
    • Bidding buddies to assist with mobile bidding
    • Live auction spotters
    • Checkout assistance at the end of the evening
    • Photographer to capture event highlights
    • Event tear-down support

    This is a fun, fast-paced event, and no prior experience is required. Training will be provided for all roles. Volunteers should be friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with guests in a team environment.
