    Description

    The Salvation Army of Summit County is seeking assistance in our Front Office reception area, as well as help with special clerical projects that arise throughout the year. It gets really busy around the holiday season for us here!

    General Front Office responsibilities are:

    • Answering phones/transferring calls/taking messages
    • Helping clients who need supplies for the shower program
    • Helping to assist our head receptionist with her daily work
    • Being polite and kind to people as they come to the building.

    Other clearical projects:

    • Helping assemble folders, make copies (etc)
    • Assisting with Christmas Intake or other projects related to Christmas.
    • Helping where the need is most.

    All Office volunteers would also sign a client confidentiality agreement during their volunteer interview.
