    Brand & Messaging

    • Uphold Outcome School’s premium, purpose‑driven brand voice
    • Ensure all content reflects our values: curiosity, resilience, compassion, and opportunity
    • Support the development of platform‑specific storytelling styles

    Analytics & Growth

    • Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics
    • Recommend improvements based on performance
    • Identify opportunities to expand our digital presence

    🧩 Who We’re Looking For

    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
    • Creative eye for storytelling, visuals, and short‑form content
    • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
    • Passionate about education, equity, and community impact
    • Bonus: familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content tools
