    Short Synopsis

Support approved social media and digital communications by helping prepare, schedule, and organize educational and community information content. This fully remote volunteer role helps strengthen public awareness and information-sharing through AMPAC-approved materials.

    Description

American Muslim Public Affairs Committee (AMPAC) (www.ampac-usa.org) is seeking remote volunteers based anywhere in the United States to assist with digital communications and social media support using approved materials and guidance.

Volunteers in this role will help prepare, organize, format, and schedule approved digital content for social media and related communications platforms. This may include helping organize content calendars, formatting graphics or captions provided by the organization, tracking post performance at a basic level, and maintaining simple internal records of published content.

This role is intended to support general community awareness and information-sharing in a professional and organized manner. Volunteers may only work from content, messages, and materials designated or expressly approved by AMPAC. Volunteers are not authorized to create independent policy statements, respond to public policy questions on behalf of AMPAC, or publish unapproved content.

This is a community-service and administrative support role. It does not involve lobbying, legislative outreach, campaign activity, petitions, voter registration, fundraising solicitation, or political advocacy of any kind. Volunteers are not authorized to speak on behalf of AMPAC or provide legal advice, and any questions must be routed back to AMPAC.

Ideal volunteers are dependable, organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting digital communications in a structured environment. Familiarity with social media platforms, content organization, and basic digital tools is helpful, but not required if the volunteer is willing to learn.
