Description
Dueling Minds is a nonprofit built for AuDHD adults, people living with both autism and ADHD, and the broader neurodivergent community. Most support systems were built for one diagnosis at a time. We exist for the people those systems miss.
We're a small, early-stage team with real momentum. We have weekly peer support meetings with a large audience and following, a newsletter, a growing blog, and a tabletop RPG community program in development. We know where we're going. We need people who can help us get there.
Our board is small, and we acknowledge the need for inclusivity and diversity and are seeking to expand our board with these beliefs in mind. Our focus will be seeking people who have different experiences, backgrounds, and cultural insights that differ from our current board members.
The Marketing and Communications seat is for someone who understands how to build visibility for a cause-driven organization. Not just posting content, but thinking strategically about who we're trying to reach, what we're saying, and why it matters. You'd help guide our brand direction, advise on social media strategy, and open doors we don't have access to yet. Lived experience with AuDHD, ADHD, or autism, or deep understanding of these communities through your work or relationships, is required. This community can spot inauthenticity fast, and our board needs to reflect the people we serve.
