    Description

    The Royalty Transplant Foundation is seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer Board Secretary to join our Board of Directors. Founded by a two-time liver transplant recipient, our nonprofit is committed to ensuring that no transplant patient or family faces the transplant journey alone.

    As Board Secretary, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong governance and supporting the Board’s effectiveness. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the transplant community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Record and maintain accurate meeting minutes for all board meetings.
    • Organize board documents, policies, and official records.
    • Assist with meeting agendas and board communications.
    • Help ensure compliance with nonprofit governance best practices.
    • Support the Executive Director and Board Chair with administrative tasks as needed.
    • Participate in strategic planning and organizational decision-making.
