    Description

    Gentiva Hospice Volunteer

    Companionship volunteers to support patients, families and caregivers in various ways.

    Spend as much or as little time as you wish visiting with a hospice patient. Our volunteers perform no personal care to the patient (toileting, feeding etc.) and provide a tremendous service to the community.

    You may spend time providing companionship, watching tv, emotional/spiritual support, food prep, errands, music for relaxation, lite household chores, crafts and these are just a few examples of what you can do to make a huge impact.
