Program Design Lead

Help shape the future of mentorship at Wevise.

We're looking for a Program Design Lead to help design and scale our 16-week mentorship experience. You'll work alongside our Programs and Product teams to create a thoughtful participant journey, develop mentor and mentee resources, and build the systems that will support future cohorts as Wevise grows.

Who We're Looking For

Someone with experience designing or scaling programs, learning experiences, or communities who enjoys both strategy and execution. You might come from nonprofit programs, learning and development, community building, member experience, or program operations. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences are essential.
