The Grandparents Community Network (TGCN) seeks an experienced developer to build dashboards in Notion and integrate them into our Wix Command Center. The dashboards will help our team manage operations, analyze data, and make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• • Build organized Notion databases, dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Develop and launch interactive dashboards in Wix using Velo.
  • Connect Notion and Wix through APIs and automated workflows.
  • Create charts, performance indicators, and reports that turn organizational data into useful business intelligence.
  • Track information such as program outcomes, donations, grants, volunteer activity, and project progress.
  • Implement secure access, data validation, and reliable synchronization.
  • Test, troubleshoot, document, and train staff to use the dashboards.

Required Skills and Experience

• • Full-stack development experience, including frontend interfaces and backend logic.
  • Strong JavaScript coding skills and hands-on experience with Wix Velo, Wix Studio, and Wix CMS.
  • Experience with Notion databases, relations, rollups, formulas, and the Notion API.
  • REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Data analytics, data visualization, KPI development, and business intelligence reporting within Wix.
  • Database design, data cleaning, and reporting accuracy.
  • Responsive design, user permissions, debugging, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate progress, and meet agreed deadlines.

Additional Skills Preferred

SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Make, Zapier, Git/GitHub, and experience supporting nonprofit operations.
