    Description

    Help prepare taxes (Maple Heights)

    Help prepare taxes, ensuring families receive much needed funds.

    Duties of Volunteer: Tax Preparers provide free tax preparation assistance whose income is below $60,000. The service provided creates a path from financial uncertainty to financial security for over 10,000 people served every year.

    The returns we file are simple. Absolutely no experience or previous tax law knowledge is required. All volunteers can attend one of our free training courses to become officially IRS certified to prepare taxes.

    Serve Wednesdays Feb-April 15 4-9 pm; Saturdays 9:30-2:30 pm; IRS Certification training provided.
