    Social Media Director

    Position Title: Social Media Director

    Reports To: Chief Human Executive Resources Officer

    Company: Cherrie Give Resultz – A 100% remote non-profit HR consulting and staffing organization based in Atlanta, GA. We empower organizations and individuals through strategic HR solutions, talent acquisition, career support, and workplace transformation—making every person feel like a superhero.

    Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

    Location: 100% Remote

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible within core hours (e.g., 9:00 AM–1:00 PM EST or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM EST shifts)

    Job Summary

    The Social Media Director leads the overall social media strategy for Cherrie Give Resultz, focusing on developing high-level plans, overseeing approvals, and analyzing performance to enhance our online presence. This role ensures all content aligns with our mission-driven brand and core values, driving engagement and visibility for our non-profit HR consulting services. The Director will collaborate with the team to create impactful campaigns that embody Relentless Excellence and Transformative Impact in a fully remote environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook) to promote our HR consulting, staffing, and empowerment initiatives.
    • Oversee content approvals to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, legal compliance, and our core values like Inclusive Superpower and Bold Innovation.
    • Analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) using free tools like Google Analytics or platform insights, providing reports and recommendations to leadership.
    • Lead campaign planning, including content calendars, audience targeting, and growth tactics to increase followers and partnerships.
    • Mentor social media team members on strategy execution and best practices, fostering Unstoppable Growth.
    • Monitor trends in social media and HR industry to innovate content that positions us as a high-authority partner.
    • Ensure all activities promote diversity, ethical practices (Unyielding Integrity), and positive community impact.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 5+ years in social media strategy, with proven expertise in approvals, analytics, and campaign management.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in free analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
    • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
    • Commitment to our non-profit mission and core values.
