    Description

    Must be at least 16 years of age.

    • Description: Provide individualized tech support to adult learners, reinforcing class concepts, troubleshooting challenges, and helping learners gain confidence and independence.
    • Responsibilities: Meet one-on-one (in person or remote), review IT topics, support learners at their pace, and coordinate with B1C staff.
    • Skills: Spanish fluency, comfort with technology, clear and patient communication
    • Schedule: 3+ month commitment, ~1 hour/week, flexible.
    • Training: Workforce Development staff.
    • Resources: B1C devices, learning materials, and staff support.
    • Location: Onsite at 417 Shippan Ave or remote (Zoom/Google Meet).
