    About Girls Who Brunch Tour

    Girls Who Brunch Tour is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, educating, and inspiring girls ages 9–18 through leadership development, emotional wellness, and confidence-building programming. Through conferences, workshops, and community initiatives, GWBT has impacted over 50,000 girls nationally and internationally.

    Role Overview

    The Donation Outreach Coordinator Volunteer supports the Girls Who Brunch Tour by assisting with outreach to potential donors, in-kind partners, and community supporters. This role focuses on relationship-building, communication, and follow-up, helping secure resources that directly benefit the girls we serve.

    This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about community impact, nonprofit sustainability, and youth empowerment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with outreach to potential donors and in-kind partners using approved templates and talking points
    • Support requests for donations such as hygiene items, school supplies, gift cards, and event resources
    • Track outreach efforts, responses, and follow-up in shared documents or CRM tools
    • Coordinate thank-you communications and donor acknowledgements
    • Collaborate with the GWBT leadership team to ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals
    • Help prepare donor lists and outreach schedules for upcoming events and campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable reaching out to community partners, businesses, and supporters
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and respectful of deadlines
    • Ability to follow provided scripts, guidelines, and approval processes
    • Passion for youth empowerment and community service
