    Accra Literacy NYC In-Person Reading Event Application (For Writers)

    Accra Literacy is happy to announce that the application for our NYC In-Person Reading event is now live.

    We are inviting new voices/aspiring writers/emerging writers to apply to read excerpts of their work as part of the inaugural event in what we hope will become an ongoing reading series. The theme for this particular reading is “Migration—Identity—Belonging”, and selected writers will be featured (to read in-person) at the event on June 12, 2026. The application deadline is April 8, 2026.
