    Assignment Context

    Are you passionate about supporting volunteers to have a successful volunteer experience? Are you passionate about improving economic opportunities for youth, women, and marginalized communities globally?

    As the Program and Volunteer Support Advisor in Accra, Ghana, you will support the WUSC Ghana team to engage and support international volunteers by ensuring consistency, responsiveness, quality, and best practices in volunteer engagement and support. In this role, you will support the general program planning and monitoring activities of the IGNI+E project by supporting WUSC partners to ensure the effective delivery of the volunteer cooperation program.
