    Description

Do Humanitarian service in the Caribbean!

Help underprivileged children learn English in the Dominican Republic! Volunteer part time hours with children and have the rest of your time to travel, experience the culture, and just enjoy life with other volunteers in your group.

These children come from very limited means. You have the opportunity to provide them a free English education. Learning the English language will be invaluable for the future, especially living in such a touristic area. Make a difference by volunteering in the Caribbean!

Live in Puerto Plata, DR which is a beautiful tourist destination. You'll get the best of both worlds by living 15 minutes from the beach while also experiencing true Dominican culture and see how they really live outside of the tourism.

International Language Programs (ILP) is a non-profit service organization based in Orem, Utah that sends 18-25 year old volunteers to give the essential gift of the English language with young children across the globe as well as opportunities to serve in an orphanage. Over 10,000 volunteers have served with ILP to help children learn English, with numbers growing quickly.
