    Description

Supporting loved ones at home by providing caregiver relief to hospice families

Offering caregiver relief to families with loved ones in hospice care provides a much-needed break. By visiting homes to offer both patient care and companionship, volunteers allow family members to take a rest, complete errands, plan for the future, and address their lengthy to-do lists, all while ensuring their loved one is not alone. This support is invaluable to families during their time of need.
