Volunteer Opportunity: Community Outreach & Sponsor Research Assistant (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented volunteers to support our upcoming community events across multiple cities. Volunteers will be assigned one specific city/event and play a key role in helping us prepare for successful, well-supported programs.

This is a great opportunity for students, early-career professionals, or anyone interested in nonprofit operations, event planning, community engagement, or research.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Researching local businesses, organizations, and potential sponsors within an assigned city
• Compiling and organizing sponsor and community partner information into a shared Google Sheets document
• Assisting with posting events to local and online community calendars
• Supporting data entry, administrative tasks, and general event preparation
• Helping with volunteer outreach and coordination as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and basic research skills
• Comfortable working with Google Docs/Sheets
• Reliable and able to meet assigned deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
