About the Role:
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented volunteers to support our upcoming community events across multiple cities. Volunteers will be assigned one specific city/event and play a key role in helping us prepare for successful, well-supported programs.
This is a great opportunity for students, early-career professionals, or anyone interested in nonprofit operations, event planning, community engagement, or research.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Researching local businesses, organizations, and potential sponsors within an assigned city
- Compiling and organizing sponsor and community partner information into a shared Google Sheets document
- Assisting with posting events to local and online community calendars
- Supporting data entry, administrative tasks, and general event preparation
- Helping with volunteer outreach and coordination as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and basic research skills
- Comfortable working with Google Docs/Sheets
- Reliable and able to meet assigned deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Time Commitment & Deadlines:
