Volunteer Role: Patient Companion
As a Patient Companionship Volunteer, you may:
- Sit with patients and offer comforting presence
- Listen and provide emotional support
- Read, talk, or share quiet moments
- Offer companionship when family members are unavailable
- Help patients feel valued, heard, and cared for
No medical tasks required
Who We’re Looking For

No prior hospice experience is required — training and support are provided.
