As a Marketing Volunteer, you'll help develop and distribute engaging content through email marketing, newsletters, website updates, print materials, and other outreach channels. Your efforts will help increase visibility, promote events, and engage donors, volunteers, and the limb loss community.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation, editing, and scheduling of email campaigns (fundraising appeals, newsletters, event announcements) using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Write compelling and mission-aligned copy for print flyers, brochures, press releases, and community bulletin postings
Help maintain and update website content in collaboration with the web team
Support the development of donor and volunteer onboarding materials
Identify outreach opportunities (e.g., local publications, email list partnerships, newsletters of like-minded orgs)
Track engagement metrics (email opens, click-through rates, etc.) and recommend improvements
Ensure brand consistency and clear messaging across all materials
