This is a Morning Food Pantry (distribution) that is hosted by The Community Shelter of Union County.
Volunteers will serve by unloading the Common Heart Truck and setting up for the event, packing food items into bags and boxes, loading food items into cars, and taking applications. Volunteers will also clean up following the event.
Volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes for safety and are advised to dress comfortably to be physically active in whatever the outside temperature is the day they serve. Water, snacks, hats, and sunscreen are also suggested.
We welcome volunteers of all ages! Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
